The Direct Support Provider, under professional supervision, accepts life skills educational assignments from Supervisor or other designated personnel, participates in client staffing's, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree OR High School Diploma/GED AND 6 weeks behavioral health work experience; or 6 weeks continuous on-site direction from a behavioral health professional, Behavioral Health Technician or Behavioral Health Paraprofessional who has at least 6 months behavioral health work experience.
