The Direct Support Provider (DSP) coordinates and collaborates with primary therapists, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation services as described on the child’s Behavioral Health Service plan. Position requires high school diploma or equivalent plus 6 weeks behavioral health experience preferred.

Spectrum Healthcare is looking for qualified transportation specialists to drive client/patients between various sites. These positions will be part of a pool of temporary, on-call staff. Transports may be short- or long-distance within the state. Current and valid drivers' license plus a clean driving record is required. Position may be based in either Prescott or Cottonwood, Arizona.

New Posting Clinical Supervisor - Cottonwood

Under supervision, the Clinical Supervisor assists in planning and managing clinical programs and services, and is responsible for clinical supervision of staff and monitoring of key performance indicators. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the submission of required program reports and program compliance for the assigned department(s)/team(s)/program(s). The Clinical Supervisor may provide individual, parent/child, and couples assessments that lead, through diagnosis, to the client’s assignment to treatment in the child, chemical dependency, SMI, and adult general mental health service areas. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor may provide immediate crisis intervention, participate in client staffings, and develop portions of the client Treatment Plan in conjunction with the intake services as needed, maintain client records and perform other related duties. Other assigned duties may include: Coordination of intakes; communicating changes/updates in policy and procedure with the assigned team; leading the daily staffing or delegating; advising team on the most clinically appropriate decisions during daily operations; and keeping the communication and coordination of workflow in order to facilitate customer service both internally and externally. Direct Support Provider

Following the Four Quadrant Clinical Integration Model of the National Council’s Primary Care-Mental Health Collaborative Care Project, the LPN/LVN incorporates the skills of a nurse, educator, and patient advocate. The LPN/LVN provides telephone triage and coordination between the patient and Primary Care Providers, and peer supports, based on client need and determination of services. This nurse also provides and education to clients as related to their medical disease states while helping to ensure clients are engaged to health and wellness services. This nurse also provides wound care and other physical health services to clients as ordered by primary care providers.

Our Registered Nurse supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare mission by providing a wide range of physical health care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems, along with performing testing and referral to physicians as needed. Medical Records Specialist

The medical records specialist reviews and releases all requests for outgoing documentation, reviews and distributes incoming faxes. Enters data for all non-electronic Release of Information (ROI) into electronic medical records. Maintains integrity of electronic medical files, scans in post-intake clinical data and documentation, documents, prepares and maintains outgoing client correspondence for clinical staff.

Data entry specialists needed for a temporary assignment that may last up to six months. Spectrum Healthcare will be converting to a new Electronic Health/Medical Record (EHR/EMR) and needs assistance migrating files from current systems to the new platform. Position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail and ability to copy and past data into appropriate fields. Experience with medical records a plus. Position may be located in either Prescott or Cottonwood.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner under Direct Supervision of the Chief Medical Officer supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare Group mission by providing psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation and training, participates in client staffings, and in quality improvement activities and reviews and performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer. Position may be based in either Prescott or Cottonwood.
