Spectrum Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will help adults, children, and families navigate challenges, develop practical coping skills, and work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do

As a Therapist, you will provide individualized, evidence-based care based on each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments
  • Developing and updating individualized treatment plans
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy
  • Coordinating client care and providing appropriate case management services
  • Monitoring client progress, attendance, and continued service needs
  • Developing discharge plans and recommendations for continued treatment
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing crisis prevention and intervention services
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Meeting established clinical productivity expectations
  • Participating in clinical supervision, utilization review, and performance improvement activities
  • Staying informed about current research and evidence-based behavioral health practices
  • Collaborating with team members, leadership, clients, families, and community partners

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  • Ability to provide culturally responsive and client-centered care
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure or urgent situations
  • Ability to obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Current American Heart Association-approved CPR and First Aid certification for healthcare providers, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • Licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
  • Independent licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
  • At least two years of full-time, supervised, post-master's experience in a behavioral health setting

Depending on the position assignment, a current Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record may also be required.

Physical Requirements

This position may require prolonged sitting, movement throughout the clinic, regular in-person and telephone communication, and occasionally carrying up to 15 pounds. Employees must be able to prioritize competing responsibilities, work within established timeframes, and respond appropriately during stressful or emergent situations.
