The Customer Service Representative, under close supervision, answers all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, transfers calls or takes messages for staff, greets members, reconciles all canceled/rescheduled appointments, schedules post intake appointments, and psychiatric and primary care appointments as needed. May serve as back up to Intake/Eligibility, Scanning, Medical Records. Performs additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED plus one to two years call center/customer service experience, preferably in a medical office environment, preferred. Must be able to procure a DPS fingerprint clearance card.
