About the Role

Spectrum Healthcare Group is seeking a Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services in an outpatient clinical setting. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis support, and care coordination for clients with a variety of behavioral health needs.

Depending on the position and program, therapists may work with adults, children, adolescents, families, or a combination of populations. You will be part of a collaborative clinical team focused on providing high-quality, client-centered care and supporting positive, long-term outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Complete behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs and levels of care
  • May provide services to adults, children, adolescents, and families depending on program assignment.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client and program needs
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when needed
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
  • Coordinate care with internal teams, healthcare providers, community partners, and other supports
  • Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
  • Follow applicable clinical, ethical, organizational, and regulatory standards

Education & Licensure

Education

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health or related field required

Licensure

Candidates may be considered at different licensure levels:

  • Master's Level / Unlicensed: Master's degree in a qualifying behavioral health field
  • Associate Licensed: Current associate-level Arizona behavioral health license, such as LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or LCP
  • Independently Licensed: Current independent-level Arizona behavioral health license, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LISAC

Associate or independent licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Starting salary: $55,000 annually
  • Compensation may be higher based on relevant experience, credentials, and licensure level
  • Associate and independently licensed candidates may qualify for higher compensation based on the position and applicable salary structure

Experience Preferred

  • Behavioral health experience providing therapy, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, or related clinical services
  • Post-master's supervised clinical experience preferred
  • Experience working with the population served by the assigned program is a plus

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR/First Aid certification, when required for the assigned role
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to meet the physical and scheduling requirements of the position
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on the assignment
