PCT / Medical Assistant (MA) 

We are hiring a PCT or Medical Assistant to support our providers and care for patients. This role includes both clinical and administrative work.

Pay:  $20.00 an hour 

What You'll Do

• Take patient vitals and update medical records
• Assist with procedures like EKGs, injections, and lab tests
• Prepare and clean exam rooms
• Call patients with results after provider review
• Respond to patient calls and questions
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations
• Communicate with pharmacies and specialists
• Document all patient information in the EMR

What You Need

• PCT: High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of experience
• MA: Graduate of an accredited MA program + current certification

Skills

• Take accurate vital signs and perform basic lab tests
• Strong communication and customer service
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with diverse patients
• Able to stay calm in fast-paced or stressful situations
