The Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general healthcare management activities, and maintains client records. As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, the Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health is required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change, and gain a better understanding of the common health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems.
Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health interacts with clients and staff in a culturally competent manner that takes into account factors such as age, developmental or acquired disabilities, religion and spiritual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, indigenous heritage, national origin, gender, and gender identity. Enhances professional growth and keeps informed of evidence-based practices in behavioral health field related to populations served and modalities used to include working knowledge of DSM V, and its criteria for mental health disorders. Follows policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health assists with managing internal requests for providers and assists with coordination of high-needs cases among the department providers. New Posting Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist I plays a key role in Spectrum’s revenue cycle operations by ensuring timely and accurate billing, financial reporting, and payment posting. This position manages the full billing cycle, including claim submission, payment posting, denial follow-up, and productivity reporting. The Billing Specialist I works closely with the compliance, quality, and accounting teams to support an efficient and transparent revenue cycle process.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of insurance billing processes for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.


Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant include general ledger entries, grant reporting, reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank, and investment statements, tracking of agency cash flow, fixed asset and capital lease management, preparation and review of monthly and year-end financial statements, and annual audit. The Behavioral Health Therapist performs a wide variety of clinical care activities. The Behavioral Health Therapist conducts diagnostic evaluations to assess and assign clients to appropriate levels of care and conducts individual, family, and group services, as needed. Develops and implements treatment plans, provides case management services, and performs coordination of clinical care activities.


The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, under Direct Supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare Group mission by providing psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation and training, participates in client staffings, and in quality improvement activities and reviews and performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.
