    The Advanced Crisis Response Specialist (ACRS) is responsible for providing crisis intervention services while supporting team development through training and mentorship. This position works closely with leadership and community partners, including law enforcement, first responders, and hospital staff, to ensure coordinated and effective care.

    The ACRS conducts comprehensive crisis assessments, develops safety plans, provides follow-up support, and connects clients to appropriate resources. The role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced de-escalation skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-risk cases independently.

    Candidates must meet Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) requirements and have at least three years of experience as a Crisis Response Specialist. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to compliance, cultural competency, and high-quality care, are essential for success in this role.

    Under the supervision of the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor, the Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Technician (FMCT) supports the upkeep, safety, and cleanliness of company properties. This role performs routine maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and cleaning to ensure facilities, equipment, and vehicles remain in good working condition.
