In this position, you will play an integral role as a member our wholehealth care team. The Court Ordered Treatment Liaison is responsible for facilitating communication with case managers or other stakeholders to monitor client’s compliance with court recommendations and progress in treatment. Liaison prepares written reports for program management and/or other parties regarding the status of client’s compliance with court ordered treatment, and to assist with determination if court ordered treatment will be continued or is completed. Liaison is responsible for overseeing case movement through the legal process. The position interacts routinely with attorneys, judges, agency clients, community professionals, and other stakeholders.

The Advanced Crisis Response Specialist (ACRS) is responsible for providing crisis intervention services while supporting team development through training and mentorship. This position works closely with leadership and community partners, including law enforcement, first responders, and hospital staff, to ensure coordinated and effective care.

The ACRS conducts comprehensive crisis assessments, develops safety plans, provides follow-up support, and connects clients to appropriate resources. The role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced de-escalation skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-risk cases independently.

Candidates must meet Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) requirements and have at least three years of experience as a Crisis Response Specialist. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to compliance, cultural competency, and high-quality care, are essential for success in this role.

General Scope of Work

Under the supervision of the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor, the Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Technician (FMCT) supports the upkeep, safety, and cleanliness of company properties. This role performs routine maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and cleaning to ensure facilities, equipment, and vehicles remain in good working condition. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, scheduling service, maintaining records, and responding to maintenance requests. The FMCT also helps organize supplies and ensures compliance with safety and infection control standards. When custodial staff are unavailable, this position assists with cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
