Summary

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team at Spectrum Healthcare. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring that our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our mission of compassionate care. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture that fosters engagement and productivity.
• Lead HR initiatives including performance management, training programs, and succession planning.
• Utilize HR information systems for effective data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources management within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• 10 years of progressive HR Leadership roles.
• Strong program management skills with a focus on talent management and employee development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with HR software systems.
