What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Keep facilities clean, sanitized, and welcoming
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles
• Move, set up, and assemble furniture and equipment
• Handle seasonal tasks such as landscaping or weather-related upkeep
• Identify and address safety and maintenance concerns
• Organize and manage maintenance and cleaning supplies

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, or custodial work (2+ years preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid certification (for direct care staff)
