Direct Support Provider

Responsibilities:

The Direct Support Provider (DSP) coordinates and collaborates with primary therapists, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation Services as described on the child's Behavioral Health Service plan.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.  Minimum of 6 weeks directly related experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.  Must have a clean driving record and able to procure a fingerprint clearance card.
