The Care Manager coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities, and maintains client records. Will work with several therapists to coordinate client care.
I: Bachelor's degree in any field and two years experience working with population (SMI or children, as appropriate) OR High school diploma or GED plus any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling four years, or;
II: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field and 1 years behavioral health work experience, or;
III: Master's Degree in a behavioral health field OR Master's degree in any field with 30 semester hours of behavioral health courses and 1 years of behavioral health work experience.
