Position Summary

The PCT/MA, under direct supervision of the Medical Assistant Coordinator, Lead PCT or Lead MA, provides support to the providers, including rooming patients, assisting with procedures, normal call backs, face to face monitoring of patients, in addition to administrative functions. The PCT/MA coordinates participates in quality improvement activities as needed, and performs other duties as assigned..

Required Qualifications

PCT: High School Diploma or GED AND at least one year of related experience. Upon hire annually complete a competency review of stated job functions satisfactorily.

MA: Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program; current national Medical Assistant certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of behavioral health experience
