Direct Support Provider - WAT Services

The Direct Service Provider (DSP) accepts life skills educational assignments from Supervisor or other designated personnel, participates in client staffings, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:?

BHPP: Associates Degree OR High School Diploma/GED AND 6 weeks behavioral health experience/training; or 6 weeks continuous on-site direction from a behavioral health professional, Behavioral Health Technician or Behavioral Health Paraprofessional who has at least 6 months behavioral health work experience. Candidates without the 6 weeks experience may join as Apprentice and complete the training with a Spectrum BHT or BHP
