Salary

Starting salary: $75,000

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists and clinical staff
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and support treatment planning
  • Guide staff through crisis intervention and clinically appropriate decision-making
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and documentation compliance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and annual evaluations
  • Lead daily staffings and support workflow coordination
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, payer, and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate across departments to improve patient care and team effectiveness
  • Support performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
  • Provide therapy services as assigned, including individual, family, or group therapy

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
  • Active Arizona licensure at minimum associate level (LMSW, LAC, LASAC, or higher)
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff preferred
  • Knowledge of DSM-5, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification required for direct care staff
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License may be required for some positions
