Salary
Starting salary: $75,000
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists and clinical staff
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and support treatment planning
- Guide staff through crisis intervention and clinically appropriate decision-making
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and documentation compliance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and annual evaluations
- Lead daily staffings and support workflow coordination
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, payer, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate across departments to improve patient care and team effectiveness
- Support performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
- Provide therapy services as assigned, including individual, family, or group therapy
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Active Arizona licensure at minimum associate level (LMSW, LAC, LASAC, or higher)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff preferred
- Knowledge of DSM-5, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges

Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required for direct care staff
- Valid Arizona Driver's License may be required for some positions
