Spectrum Healthcare Group is hiring a Care Management Coordinator to support our Children's Behavioral Health team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, communicating with different teams, and making sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.

You'll work closely with Case Managers and High Needs Case Managers to help coordinate services for children and families. From referrals and prior authorizations to provider follow-up and documentation, you'll help keep the process moving so families can access the services they need.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete, submit, and track service referrals
• Assist with prior authorizations for out-of-home levels of care
• Follow up on pending referrals and authorization requests
• Communicate with providers, health plans, community agencies, and internal teams
• Track outstanding items and help ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and tracking systems
• Identify missing information and coordinate with the appropriate team members to obtain it
• Support Case Managers and High Needs Case Managers with day-to-day care coordination needs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, following up consistently, communicating professionally, and taking ownership of your work.

Experience with behavioral health, healthcare, care coordination, referrals, prior authorizations, or community-based services is a plus.

BHT Qualification Required

This position requires candidates to meet Spectrum Healthcare Group's qualifications for a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) through applicable education, training, and/or behavioral health experience.
