Position Summary

For this unique opportunity, the Therapist performs a wide variety of clinical care activities, as directed, specifically for the Havasupai tribe. The therapist will conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess and assign clients to appropriate levels of care, and provide individual, family, and group services, as needed. This individual develops and implements culturally sensitive treatment plans, provides case management services, and coordinates clinical care activities. The Child and Family Therapist will provide clinically appropriate risk assessment and crisis intervention services. Schedule will be one week per month. Lodging and transportation provided, including helicopter transport to the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

Education/Experience Requirements:?

Education/Licensure: Minimum - I: Master Degree in a behavioral health field; Preferred - II: Licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners; III: Independent Licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners. Experience (all position levels): Preferred - 2 years , full-time, post-Master's, supervised experience
