We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead our billing operations across medical and behavioral health services. This role oversees a small, cross-trained team responsible for claims processing, payments, and revenue performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support billing team performance, training, and productivity
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all claims; oversee denials and rebilling
• Maintain compliance with payer rules and federal/state regulations
• Monitor and own performance against key revenue cycle KPIs
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to resolve errors and optimize workflows
• Support month-end close, reporting, and system/contract configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Medical & behavioral health billing experience required (multi-site preferred)
• Supervisory experience required
• CPC certification and experience with NextGen PM/EHR strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, Medicaid/Medicare, and commercial payers
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and driving process improvements
