New Posting Facilities - Fleet Coordinator

Reporting to the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor, the Facilities Fleet Coordinator oversees the management and maintenance of our organization's fleet of vehicles. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient vehicle usage, coordinating repairs and scheduled maintenance, conducting safety inspections, managing recalls, and maintaining emergency equipment stocks. Additionally, this role entails working closely with the Work Adjustment Training (WAT) Manager to support the WAT team in cleaning and performing light maintenance tasks on the fleet of vehicles. The Facilities Fleet Coordinator may also be involved in tasks related to the environment of care (EOC) to maintain a safe and compliant facility. The Facilities Fleet Coordinator may also be responsible for undertaking light maintenance duties and painting tasks within our facilities as needed. Flexibility and adaptability to perform other assigned duties are essential aspects of this role.

The Medical Assistant/PCT and BHPP, also know as an Anywhere Care Specialist, is a key part of the success of our integrated healthcare community-based services. This individual will provide mobile physical and behavioral health care in the community. The Medical Assistant/PCT & BHPP role includes facilitating physical health, behavioral health care in the home, community and office utilizing virtual medical and behavioral health supports. The Medical Assistant/PCT and BHPP provides care management activities and supportive counseling to clients. This position is responsible for providing rapid access to care for requesting patients.


Direct Support Provider

The Direct Service Provider (DSP) coordinates and collaborates with primary therapists, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation services as described on the child's Behavioral Health Service plan.


The Direct Service Provider (DSP) accepts life skills educational assignments from Supervisor or other designated personnel, participates in client staffings, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned.


The transportation specialist | driver will drive clients between various sites. Transports may be short- or long-distance within the state. Position may be based in either Prescott or Cottonwood, Arizona.


The Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general healthcare management activities, and maintains client records. As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, the Case Manager - Children's Behavioral Health is required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change, and gain a better understanding of the common health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems.

Peer Recovery Specialist

The Peer Recovery Specialist engages, inspires, and encourages clients and their families, and provides natural supports to actively support the participants' treatment plan. The Peer Recovery Specialist provides information, education, and resources to caretakers so they can be better prepared to bring out the best in their loved one. Additionally, the Peer Recovery Specialist responds to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support families experiencing an emergency related to a behavioral health challenge. The Case Manager – SMI interacts with clients and staff in a culturally competent manner that takes into account factors such as age, developmental or acquired disabilities, religion and spiritual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, indigenous heritage, national origin, gender, and gender identity. Enhances professional growth and keeps informed of evidence-based practices in behavioral health field related to populations served and modalities used to include working knowledge of DSM V, and its criteria for mental health disorders. Follows policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Case Manager – SMI assists with managing internal requests for providers and assists with coordination of high-needs cases among the department providers. Assists and coordinates with hospital discharges within the department and is responsible for providing a high level of crisis assessments and intervention in community settings.

The Case Manager – SMI is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position typically working Monday through Friday business hours (some flexibility may be offered). This is a field-based position working in the local Greater Phoenix community with extensive travel required. Company vehicles will be provided and/or mileage will be reimbursed.
