Peer Support Specialist 
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Location: Fully Remote

In this role, you will use your lived experience and empathy to support individuals on their recovery journey. If you believe in hope, growth, and second chances, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Provide recovery-focused support to individuals in an adult SMI program
• Encourage clients to build independence, confidence, and life skills
• Share recovery tools such as WRAP and other supportive resources
• Advocate for client needs and rights
• Assist with care plans and document client progress
• Support group activities, life skills training, and community engagement
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality support and services

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of WRAP and Peer Employment Training (or willingness to complete)
• Lived experience receiving mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect, motivate, and support others
• Basic computer skills and ability to document accurately
