Position Summary
The PCT/Medical Assistant is a key part of the success of our integrated healthcare sites and we have position openings at our Prescott and Prescott Valley clinics. This individual provides support to the providers, including preparing examination rooms, rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with procedures and lab testing, injections, intravenous fluids, and draws, normal call backs, face-to-face monitoring of patients, monitoring medical equipment in addition to administrative functions. The PCT/Medical Assistant participates in quality improvement activities as needed, and performs other duties as assigned while maintaining the highest level of patient care.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM
3 days/week at our Prescott location: 3633 Crossings Dr
2 days/week at our Prescott Valley location: 3274 Bob Dr
Required Qualifications
Patient Care Technician- No experience necessary and must be willing to learn OR
Medical Assistant - Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program; current national Medical Assistant certification.
