Position Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports a positive and inclusive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role blends HR fundamentals with a people-centered, culture-driven approach-supporting staff well-being, engagement, and growth while ensuring compliance in a highly regulated behavioral healthcare environment. The HR Generalist partners with leaders and employees to build systems, practices, and relationships that reflect our values and strengthen our mission.
Education/Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Services, or related field.
-2-5 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or behavioral health settings.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
-Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and values-based work.
-Must possess clear communication and active listening skills.
Position Reports to: Human Resources Director
Starting pay depending on experience and credentials: $70,000
