Facilities & Fleet Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
Spectrum Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Fleet Maintenance Technician to support our facilities and vehicle fleet operations across Arizona. In this versatile role, you'll perform building maintenance, custodial tasks, and vehicle inspections to ensure our sites and company vehicles remain safe, clean, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine facility maintenance and minor repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and coordinate external service/repairs.
  • Assist with custodial duties as needed, including cleaning and sanitizing workspaces.
  • Travel throughout Arizona (avg. 3 times/month) in a company vehicle for site and fleet support.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, fleet maintenance, or custodial services preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
  • Must obtain Arizona Level 2 Fingerprint Clearance Card
