Executive Assistant

Location: Hybrid Position Cottonwood, AZ

Starting at $28.00 per hour

This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility while supporting organizational and leadership needs.

• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects
• Coordinate Board and leadership meetings and record meeting minutes
• Create engaging social media content and assist with branding initiatives
• Maintain website updates and internal/external communications
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Support organizational growth through creative communication strategies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in executive support, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred

• Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based experience is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field preferred
