Reporting to the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor, the Facilities Specialist Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all assigned Spectrum facilities. This role ensures that the building environment is kept in an orderly condition and performs basic maintenance and repair tasks. The Facilities Specialist - Custodian plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for all occupants.
HOURS:
This position will be M-F and begin no earlier than 6PM. It will consist of an hour shift to be worked between 6PM and 6AM (flexible hours to work with your schedule).
