As a Crisis Response Specialist, you'll respond to urgent situations alongside law enforcement and first responders, provide on-site crisis support, and help connect individuals to immediate care and long-term stability.

What you'll do:
- Respond to real-time crisis calls in the community
- Complete on-site behavioral health assessments
- Create safety plans & coordinate care placements
- Support hospital transitions & critical interventions
- Work closely with providers, agencies & emergency teams

Work style:
- Community-based with travel
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends included)
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement

What you bring:
- Behavioral health background (BHPP/BHT)
- Calm, steady presence in high-pressure moments
- Strong communication & crisis intervention skills
- Commitment to empathy and cultural competence
- Valid driver's license + required certifications
