Crisis Response Specialist - Starting Pay $20/hr | Make a Real Impact

Step into a role where every shift matters. As a Crisis Response Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of behavioral health-responding to urgent calls, supporting individuals in crisis, and helping guide them toward safety and stability-all while earning starting pay at $20/hour.

You'll work directly with law enforcement, first responders, and clinical teams to assess situations in real time, create safe and effective care plans, and connect clients to the right level of support. If you stay calm under pressure and lead with empathy, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Respond to crisis calls from CRN, law enforcement, and first responders
• Conduct on-site crisis assessments (community & emergency settings)
• Develop safety plans and assist with hospital placements when needed
• Complete Title 36 applications and clinical documentation
• Transport clients to necessary services and perform well checks
• Collaborate with providers, agencies, and support systems

Work Style

• Community-based role with significant travel
• Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

What You Bring

• BHPP or BHT qualifications (behavioral health background required)
• Strong crisis intervention and communication skills
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and behavioral health conditions
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and culturally competent under pressure
• Valid driver's license + ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, Fingerprint Card)
