Spectrum Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated Court Ordered Treatment Liaison to support individuals involved in court-ordered behavioral health services. This role connects treatment teams, courts, attorneys, and community partners to ensure clients remain engaged in care and meet court requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate communication between courts, case managers, and treatment teams
• Monitor and document client compliance with court-ordered treatment
• Prepare and submit court reports and case updates
• Support treatment planning, reassessments, and care coordination
• Track case progress through the legal and behavioral health systems
• Attend court hearings and multidisciplinary meetings as needed

• Professional, organized, and client-focused approach
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required)

Requirements

• Must meet BHT qualification requirements (education and/or behavioral health experience per guidelines)
  • High school diploma with at least two years’ of behavioral health experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least one year of behavioral health experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, OR
• Have a BHT certificate
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required (AHA approved)
