Case Manager (Behavioral Health)

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Spectrum Healthcare Group is looking for a compassionate Case Manager to support individuals with behavioral health needs. In this role, you'll help clients access services, coordinate care, and connect them with the resources they need to live healthier, more independent lives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate care and support for clients
• Complete assessments and assist with treatment plans
• Connect clients with community resources
• Work with healthcare providers and community partners
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support
• Participate in team meetings
• Follow all agency, state, and federal guidelines

What We're Looking For

You must meet one of the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of behavioral health experience
• Bachelor's degree (any field) plus 1 year of behavioral health experience
• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field
• Completion of a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) training program
• Master's degree in a human services-related field (non-licensed)

Preferred:

• Experience in behavioral health or case management
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
