What You’ll Do:

• Provide supportive counseling and care coordination for individuals in need
• Complete assessments and treatment plans under clinical supervision
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community agencies, and treatment teams
• Document client progress clearly using structured clinical formats
• Support individuals from diverse cultural and life backgrounds
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For (BHT Required):

You must meet one of the following:

• High school diploma + 2 years behavioral health experience
• Bachelor’s degree + 1 year behavioral health experience
• Bachelor’s in human services field
• Behavioral Health Technician training program completion
• Master’s in human services (unlicensed)

Preferred: 1+ year behavioral health experience
