Justice Care Manager

Spectrum Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Justice Care Manager to support justice-involved individuals with behavioral health needs in jail, hospital, and community settings. This role coordinates care, conducts assessments, implements treatment plans, provides transportation, and supports successful reintegration and engagement with behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health case management for justice-involved clients
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate jail releases and connect clients with needed services
• Respond to transportation needs (e.g. jail releases, crisis, appointments)
• Collaborate with detention staff, healthcare providers, and community partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma + 2 years behavioral health experience
  OR bachelor's degree (any field) + 1 year behavioral health experience
  OR bachelor's/master's in human services or completion of BHT training
• Valid AZ Driver's License & clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Preferred: Experience with SMI/GMH adults and Arizona justice systems

Skills:

• Knowledge of behavioral and physical health coordination
• Familiarity with DSM-V and crisis intervention
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate healthcare systems and promote behavior change
