Position Summary
The Care Manager Lead supervises children's Case Management staff including coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities, and maintains client records. CM Lead will have direct reports. This position is in office based out of Phoenix.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma and at least 4 years of behavioral health experience as a Care Manager OR, b. An individual with a bachelor's degree (any) or BHT Certification from an accredited institution and at least 4 years of experience in behavioral health as a Care Manager. OR, c. An individual with a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services related field .

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
