Call Center Representative

What You'll Do

• Answer high-volume inbound calls on a multi-line phone system
• Schedule, reschedule, and reconcile client appointments
• Transfer calls and route messages to appropriate staff
• Assist clients with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
• Update demographics and client information
• Make outbound calls to assist with scheduling
• Support centralized scheduling and eligibility processes
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous call center or multi-line phone experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
