Enters data for all non-electronic Releases of information (ROI) into electronic medical records (EMR). Maintains integrity of electronic medical files, scans in post intake clinical data and documentation, documents, prepares and maintains outgoing client correspondence for clinical staff. Prepares copies for internal groups and other external groups. Processes referrals in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Care Manager - GMH

The Care Manager coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities, and maintains client records. Will work with several therapists to coordinate client care.

The Claims Review Specialist performs internal compliance reviews of Spectrum clinical services, assists clinical staff with service coding/documentation, prepares and distributes auditing reports and assists supervisors in interpreting those reports, assists with internal fiscal audits when necessary, provides training support to clinical staff.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner under Direct Supervision of the Chief Medical Officer supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare Group mission by providing psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation and training, participates in client staffings, and in quality improvement activities and reviews and performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.

The PCT/MA, under direct supervision, provides support to the providers, including rooming patients, assisting with procedures, normal call backs, face to face monitoring of patients, in addition to administrative functions. The PCT/MA coordinates participates in quality improvement activities as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.

Spectrum Healthcare is looking for qualified transportation specialists to drive client/patients between various sites. These positions will be part of a pool of temporary, on-call staff. Transports may be short- or long-distance within the state. Current and valid drivers' license plus a clean driving record is required.

The Behavioral Health Worker, under professional supervision, accepts life skills educational assignments from Supervisor or other designated personnel, participates in client staffings, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned. This is a part-time, on-call position.

.•Field referral calls from community providers seeking crisis assistance. Determine appropriate response to individuals in crisis, whether in person, by phone, or referral. Coordinate care with law enforcement, fire departments, local hospitals, and other referring agencies. •Provide crisis intervention by utilizing de-escalation techniques, risk assessment, and immediate support to individuals in order to resolve crises in the community and facilitate adaptive functioning. •Determine appropriate disposition plans with crisis administration in order to accommodate individuals' needs. This includes creating safety plans, coordinating care with outpatient service providers, conducting wellness checks, coordinating inpatient psychiatric hospitalization referrals and facilitating Title 36 process. •Complete all required documentation of crisis episodes in an EHR (electronic health record) system.
